FREEHOLD 

It has been a long standing demand to convert all industrial property into freehold. We shall carry on this fight and try to get it done.

INDUSTRIAL SCHEME 

Industrial scheme should be launched for the expansion of existing NOIDA entrepreneurs and first priority should be given those entrepreneurs who have not been allotted industrial plot in any of previous schemes.

RESIDENTIAL SCHEME 

We will insist to NOIDA authority to launch residential schemes which is exclusively for NOIDA entrepreneurs.

CONVERSION OF SECTOR 9& 10 INTO COMMERCIAL SECTOR 

Sector 9 & 10 are heart and backbone of NOIDA industry as they feed most of the needs of every industrial units without which we can not run our industrial units thus we will take up the issue of converting the above cited sectors into commercial sectors with NOIDA authority and state government.

ELECTRICITY  

As NOIDA is a NO POWER CUT zone, still we are not getting regular and continuous supply from the department. We will insist for regular and continuous supply. Fixed charge should be waived off end electricity charges will be paid as per the actual consumption.

LAW & ORDER 

Proper interaction with the police department shall be our main forte. Our two entrepreneurs from each sector be nominated to interact with the police for improving law & order.

DRINKING WATER 

Water supply and quality in industrial sector is very very poor. We will insist NOIDA authority to improve the supply, quality and increase the supply time.

INDUSTRIAL STATUS TO MAJOR RAW MATERIALS SUPPLYING UNITS 

Major raw material suppliers for industrial units such as iron &  steel, polymers, paper etc should be allowed to open warehouses and they should be treated as per with industry. as they are playing a major role in running the industries and vice versa.

INSPECTOR RAJ 

All efforts will be taken in consolation with all departments to stop the undue harassments to entrepreneurs and in general assistance/help will be taken from NEA for routine inspection.

GENERAL MAINTAINANCE & CLEANLINESS OF INDUSRTAIL SECTORS 

As Condition of sewers, drains, roads & street lights is very poor in industrial sectors, hence we will insist NOIDA authority to relaunch the provision of payment to contractors for sanitation, cleanliness only after clearance from sector representatives of NEA.

TRANSPORTATION 

Shuttle service to all sectors from metro shall be started especially to all industrial sector and metro should be further extended.

INDUSTRIAL PARKING 

Parking has been become a major problem in the industrial sectors; We shall try to get underground parking made under all major parks in the industrial sectors.
